HP Smart app will not connect to HP account server for login. Attempt to scan, print, etc. and am required to log in. Get message "Loading HP Account..." and get the whirling circle for HOURS with no connection, no time-out. Why do we have to log in to harness the functions of our devices? This app used to work. Account server name changed?
