I have a HP Envy 4500 and I am subscribed to HP Instant Ink. I have been unable to scan documents for several days using HPSmart. The error code is OW_500-OWS1D0001 which is an HP connectivity issue relating to account access. I have reinstalled HP Smart, printer drivers, printer software, rebooted broadband but nothing changes. Extremely unimpressed with HP Online guidance.
