Product: HP Tank 415
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Today i found that my Tank 415 can print only by using of Black and Purple colors but it couldn't use Blue and Yellow. After that i tried to clean printhead. But first printer tried to print quality dignostic and this process didn't end because it printed one and the same string without stopping and it could be stopped only by force. So i can't print quality diagnostic to clean printhead and cartridge. Is there anyone who can help me to solve that propblem. Maybe there are some button combination to force printer clean it.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Black Ink Not Printing and Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
