Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am from Romania. My trial version of Instant Ink is about to expire and I have already filled a request to cancel it.

I got a message from my bank today that my card was verified by HP Amsterdam, located at Hendriklaan, no 26 II, but that adress does not match the one HP has in Holland. When searching on Google, that address has a old building, with the office of a lawyer

 

I would like to know if this is a scam attempt?
