Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hp envy 5055 printer shows “cartridge problem, indicated cartridges are not communicating with printer”. They are new cartridges and worked for a couple prints and now this. Tried taking out and putting back in several times but it will not clear. Please help

The troubleshooting steps in the document here may help resolve the cartridge errors.  I would suggest cleaning the cartridge and printer electrical contacts as shown in step three of the document.
