HP free month printing Want to change plan since 50 page plan only

Yes, I have a question before my billing cycle ended last month. I was told if I downgraded my plan since school is out that I would be able to keep the amount of rollover Pages I found that to be not true because my 300 Rollover pages Disappeared when I downgraded from the $6.99 100 page plan to the 10 page plan and Roll over pages Downgraded to 30 pages. Anyways, I spoke with a representative they apologized And explained that when you change your plan, you lose your role of Pages so I changed to the 50 page plan and depending on how many pages I use within the month if I would upgrade later on two days later today I was contacted VI email. I spoke with them over the phone and. I was told I would be getting a Complementary 1 free  months of printing I Want to know since I am on the $4.99 plan which is 50 pages per month if I upgrade or change it to the $.99 plan which is 100 pages will it change my free month of printing because when I go to my overview, it shows 50 pages For the month as well as 30 pages of rollover and then trial pages When you click on the circle for information, ” Complementary pages Used If you exceeded You are a lot of during the trial. They are tracked  To ensure accurate resupply “the representative I spoke with said that the complementary month would be a 700 page max so I’m a little confused. I don’t want to lose the free month so I didn’t know if I upgraded , would it change Anything I know you can change the plan during the month and it could take affect immediately Or the following month it states my billing will take affect for my new billing cycle. It says $0.00 and begins the first day of my month which will be July 26 since July 25 and the current Billing cycle I am currently in since HP charges you after the pages you have printed or used.. I don’t know how it works when you’re giving a complimentary free month of printing please get back to me as soon as possible. Thank you. Christina
