Massive problems with printer and instant ink account. Previously on here I was given instructions to rectify ink and printing problems. Nothing worked and I said I wished to cancel subscription. I did not receive a reply and payments continue to be taken however after receiving messages saying printing ability would soon cease this occurred and printer no longer functions at all. 
I have been trying for over 2 weeks to get through to a department manned by humans but this proved impossible  

I resorted to instigating a formal complaint via Resolver and even through them all we get is ‘sorry this department is closed’ go to a store!

This is not acceptable!!

You continue to take my money even though I have requested you to cancel my enrolment and have also remotely accessed my printer illegally as I did NOT give you permission to carry out this task I only gave permission for you to monitor for ink replacements. I have had no ink delivery for several months now and you have already stated ‘printer low on ink’ many weeks ago and have taken Junes payment! but no inks!

Due to the fact that printer has an unfixed inherent fault and had now taken to not printing a job then days later springing into action printing random pages over and over again over 100 pages whilst I was not at home and only stopped when I manually unplugged the printer, I wish to cancel-again instant ink and need  refund to cover recent payments I have made. I am also seeking legal advice as because of Hp’s actions I have been forced to purchase a new printer. 
Because I am totally unable to contact HP directly please will moderators pass this on. 

I am elderly and disabled unable to use a phone so the written word is the only way I wish to communicate.
