I've got an issue with my ink cartridge.
I'm incredibly frustrated about this as I'm in the middle of a massive print run!
The colour cartridge doesn't work and I get an error message.
I taken out and replaced many times. Its not the black and white one.
I've tried to update firmware- this hasn't worked as its already updated.
I've read the other posts and it seems other people have had the same issue- WHY???
Not great HP as I need to print NOW!

HP Office Jet Pro 8710..replaced all my cartridges with new ones. (I had been running on black only). I get an error message the "Only one set of Instant Ink cartridges can be used in a printer. Remove and replace with other cartridges"
I replaced them all. That is when I got the message above. These are brand new cartridges.

Hi.I have the same problem like many others.Just got a new set of cartridges and for the tri colour ink i got an error message "Cartridge problem-cartridge must be replaced".I've tried all the fixing methods suggested by the virtual agent but any on them helped. Could i please get some help on this?
