Hi I have set up my HP Envy 6032 which offers a 5 month Instant Ink Trial but I haven't been given the option to use the offer.
I have installed the Instant Ink Cartridges that came with the printer. I am currently trying to enrol the printer though I have only begiven a 3 month trial and I would like to know how I get 5 months? At the checkout I applied a student discount code to get £10 off, Yet I went to pay and then the offer went and used only use £10 voucher instead.
How do I get the free 5 or 3 monthly trail back?
