Product: HP DeskJet 2710e All-in-One Printer
I have managed to deal with the previous issue by completing the setup and setting up the connection between the printer and the PC. Now I have a problem with enrolling my printer into my HP Instant Ink account, which has been created in February. The Control panel on the Instant Ink website says that my printer is not connected to the website. And my HP smart app keeps telling me to enroll the cartridges, otherwise, I can't print. I don't know how to fix this. I have tried to contact HP Support, but haven't received a reply. I hope i can get some assistance
