I have purchased a HP DeskJet 2752e all in one and it has 6 month trial offer of instant ink.  There is supposed to be a code in my set up guide to redeem and I cannot locate one.  I have tried to enter the pin from the door of the printer and that is not valid.   Thank you for your help.

Hi@TT135,

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I understand you are looking for Instant Ink free trial activation for your HP DeskJet 2752e months. If the offer is mentioned on the printer box, it will get credited automatically.

Some printers come with codes that must be applied during enrollment.

Enter enrollment keys during enrollment. That is the only time they can be applied. Open the ink cartridge access door and check for a sticker with the PIN/key.

Once enrolled within 7 days of installation, the free months will automatically be credited to your Instant Ink account. For assistance with enrollment, refer to - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink

Make sure the printer is enrolled/registered in Instant Ink.

If the suggested information can't be found, please send me a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.

Hi @TT135,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you're having trouble finding the redemption code in the setup guide or on the printer, you may want to try the following steps.

  • Check the Setup Guide: Thoroughly review the setup guide that came with your printer. Look for any sections related to Instant Ink or promotional offers. The code might be mentioned there.
  • Visit the HP Instant Ink Website: Go to the HP Instant Ink website (https://instantink.hpconnected.com/) and sign in or create an account. Once logged in, there should be an option to redeem a code or activate a trial. Follow the instructions provided on the website.
  • Check Documentation: Besides the setup guide, check any other documentation that came with the printer. Sometimes, promotional codes or offers are mentioned in separate leaflets or booklets.
  • Printer Control Panel: Check the printer's control panel for any messages or prompts related to Instant Ink. Some printers display messages that include instructions or codes for activating services.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
