Common problems for INSTANT INK, HP+ PLANS: INK AND TONER

I have been on HP instant ink for a long time, I updated my printer to the office jet pro 8125e all in one. It came with three months free of instant ink and I've just finished this trial. I have two issues, I've run out of ink, instant ink says I have plenty of ink left in my cartridges, which I pulled each one and they are close to empty. The second issue is, that instant ink is saying that I have used 28 pages, when my month just started yesterday. It seems it's somehow out of sync. Any suggestions?
