Hello. Can you help? I have never known anything so complicated as to update one's payment details. I must have wasted a couple of hours on this already and customer chat are clueless! I get to the point where it asks me to print out a code to input on my laptop to continue the process. BUT it goes no further as it says on my printer that I need to update my details and it won't ALLOW me to print. Talk about BIg Brother! I know that I need to update my b@@@@@y  details but how can I do it if I keep chasing my tail? I think this is their way of making you buy a new printer 🙂
