HP not sending ink

I have enrolled for the "Free" trial of Instant Ink.  This is now August and I will start paying in October 2020.  But, the problem is that I print quite a lot - home business and I work full time also which my job includes printing a lot.  

 

They (HP) are not sending me enough ink and my printer is constantly out of ink.   I have actually bought several ink cartridges myself.   I would suspect that when the "Free Trial" is finished, I will no longer be using the service.   

 

Not effective.
