I have been attempting to find a "submit a ticket" or chat with an agent for MONTHS and your site is insanely confusing, there has never been anyone available on the chat support, either. My printer has registered pages I have NOT used, and I am the only one in the house. Secondly, where did all my rollover pages go? I only signed up again for another month to use my remaining rollover pages and now they're gone. I need the situation rectified and a refund, I spend way too much money with this service to not have a working service.
