HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer. A message showed that "A problem has occurred with your HP printer and you will be unable to pint until the issue is resolved". What should I take any actions to get this issue resolved? Please help. Thanks!!

Restart Your Printer:
- Turn off the printer using the power button.
- Wait for about 60 seconds before turning it back on.
- Check if the error message persists.
Check Connections:
- Ensure that the power cord is securely connected to both the printer and the power outlet.
- Check if any cables (USB or network) are properly connected.
Check for Any Jams or Obstructions:
- Open the printer and check for any paper jams or obstructions in the paper path.
- Remove any debris that might be obstructing the rollers or paper path.
Update Printer Firmware:
- Visit the HP Support website to check if there are any firmware updates available for your model and install them.
Run a Printer Status Report:
- Go to the printer's control panel, select the Settings icon, and touch Tools.
- Run a Printer Status Report to check for any specific error codes or messages.
Verify Ink Cartridges:
