I've got a HP envy 6432e printer from the previous tenant when I moved the house. So I've tried to subscribe to instant ink service and realised that he needs to remove the printer from his account.
Unfortunately, when I try to contact him, he always ignores me. What can I do to subscribe to the service as my ink is running low now.
Thank you.

Hi Irwin6,
Thanks for the info.
I guess I'll be getting my ink from eBay if there's no other way of subscribing.

Hi @Bloonose72,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.
I see that you are having an issue with the instant ink account owned by another user.
If the printer was already enrolled by another user, then he/she will have to cancel the subscription from there end before you can re-enroll the printer in your name.
Unfortunately, there is no other way to cancel the subscription.
Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution. Click the “Kudos/Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a great day ahead!
