Hi today I ordered ink so I thought and apparently I also ordered a printer. I do not need the printer. I already have a printer in office. I opened a chat to speak to someone about wanting to cancel my order because all I wanted was ink. After being transferred five times and being put on hold for 25 minutes I had to hang up. Does anybody know how I can get this order canceled. I have received two emails one indicating that the printer has been shipped but neither email has any kind of order number I can refer to. Please help!! Thank you
