Hello,
I bought a printer today, and during its setup, the HP smart app asks me if I would like to to be a HP+ member. I mistakenly clicked advance(but I wasn't worried yet because I initially did not know that I couldn't undo it) and later could not see the option to undo it.
So I then removed the printer from my account and created a new account. Then I tried to print something, and I received an error saying the HP+ printer needs to be set up so I tried and had no success. I even logged back onto my original account and nothing would work. So:
1. How do I remove HP+ from my printer
2. How do I reconnect either account the printer again
Would be grateful for any help

I'm not sure you can "undo" enabling HP+.
One of the changes adds a year of Warranty to the HP+ service contract -- this is not a "switch on -- switch off" type of change.
True - Once enabled, the HP Account you used ties the printer to that HP Account, to the HP+ contract, and the added features and benefits added as part of the expanded service package (Print Anywhere and expanded Scan features).
That said, we do not speak for HP --

Instant Ink is OPTIONAL, even within the context of HP+ --
You can have without the other.

The "free trial" is a set period during which you are not charged the monthly fee for your plan.
True, should you go over your plan page limit, you are charged per set for "X" sets of pages as used.
Ink is included at no extra charge - this is true regardless of the plan you select.
10 pages or 700 pages - Ink is included as part of the plan.

There are obligations and responsibilities for both HP and you, the customer.

What is an Instant Ink Promotion / Trial ?
The offer is generally for a one month or longer trial to HP Instant Ink subscription service.
To get the trial, you must sign up, select a plan, and commit to the print-by-page subscription model.
An HP Instant Ink subscription is a contact for service - ink is included in that service.
The trial is a suspension of the monthly plan costs during the trial period.
The printer must be connected to the Internet (Web Services) during the Trial and for the duration of the contract. Connection is used by service to monitor plan usage status and by the printer to request ink.

What is "Free Ink"?
There is no extra cost for ink.
Ink is provided as part of your subscription - use a drop or use a cup full, ink is included at no extra cost.
Important
After the initial Ink Kit is mailed out, ink is sent (only) when the printer notifies the service that ink is depleted and a shipment is needed.
- All ink activated by the plan and all ink sent to you works as along as the trail / subscription service is active.
and
- Subscription / Instant Ink remains the property of HP and should be returned to HP at close (termination) of the service contract.

Instant Ink is an excellent service for those who print regularly, print high-density documents or artwork, or perhaps print lots of homework. Update:
Forget my previous issues. Except:
I heard that HP+ means that only that it limits the range of ink cartridges allowed in your printer and that only expensive HP ones are compatible.
I would like to leave HP+, and would be grateful if anybody could tell me how.

"Yeah, but..."
Untrue - HP+ is not just a cartridge blocker -- there are benefits as explained in the HP+ website.
True - One of the responsibilities of enabling the HP+ contract is that you (contract holder) must use new HP genuine cartridges as opposed to HP chipped / refilled cartridges.
At this writing,
The printer is protected by Dynamic Security.
The printer, even without having enabled the HP+ contract does require HP chipped cartridges - refilled or remanufactured or new.
