I received an error message "Instant Ink Cartridge Issue – Action Needed"
I am using the one I received from HP instant ink, not a third party cartridge
It says I should clean up and reinstall, if not, I need to replace it.
I've tried to follow all the steps suggested in the mail, "change billing info" etc to be able to order a new tri colour cartridge but I could not find it.
Chatting with the virtual agent does not work either.
I suspect I must change the cartridge because this tricolour was last changed in October 2021, but where is it in the menu?
I have tried all the following steps and none of them worked:
"Log in to your account at hpinstantink.com/signin and verify your shipping address is correct.
Click on Change Billing Information on the right side of the screen (you may need to scroll down).
Tell the Virtual Agent “I need ink.” Follow the prompts and wait for the confirmation that ink will be shipped. If you do not get a confirmation that ink will be sent, call the number below."

And if the issue still persists, this could be a cartridge issue.

Again, I keep receiving emails saying I have cartridge issues. I tried contacting chatting with the virtual agent and all other solutions proposed in the email but it does not work.
The printer won't even try to print
