I' ve loved using the instant ink program for more than four years and have had no problems with my printer. I also don't print a lot. The printer is connected wirelessly and not to any specific device. We print through our network connection and have had no problems.
Unfortunately, lately I keep getting the message that says to connect to update instant ink status. I click ok and my document prints.
I logged into my instant ink account and it says my printer is online but won't connect and to try again later. I've been trying for a week with no change. I've gone through the solutions on the boards for problems with enabling web services and none of them have worked (manual IP addresses, semi-full reset, synching the date and time...) Still no web services. I've heard from friends that their printer stopped working. I'm worried my printer will stop working, but also I'm paying for a monthly ink monitoring/provision services that isn't in place through no fault of mine. The device prints, but what happens when my cartridges run out of ink?

There are several of us having the same issue. Perhaps if we combined our posts we could get more attention. Would you mind posting a comment in this post: Doesn't connect to Web Services to update Instant Ink Status
