Hello Support,
 
I get a number of emails regarding HP Instant Ink in a day, week, month.
I have tried through HP Instant Ink support to get this to stop!!!  I have at examples two case numbers.  I can't see where I can attached and the support email address came back with invalid.  I have documentation supporting my claim.  
I've been so disappointed that all the sudden after two year after cancelling the service, I'm receiving these email and it has become harassment.
I'm not sure what triggered this to happen, but HP Instant Ink Support doesn't seem to take this seriously; especially when I have explained a few times the issue.
When is your programmers for this program going to take this seriously.  Do I have to take legal action.  It has taken up so much time to try and eliminate these emails to no resolution.
I've started awhile back to document and I have over 150 emails that have been received.  
Please acknowledge receipt of this email and action to be taken to resolve.
