In the last two weeks I have had nine emails from HP telling me I’m going to lose my privileges with them. The instant Inc. program could be taken away from me. I have repeatedly told you that my card expired. I’m waiting on a new one and I’m in hospital and will deal with it when I get out, if you’re not happy with that then you go ahead and reprimand me like a child if I get one more message from you HP billing department I’m going to cancel everything anyway so deal with it but do not email me again I will be getting out shortly, so I have some patience and compassion for once instead of being a harassment agency

In my opinion, the email notices are likely sent automatically as a courtesy reminder.

That just means there is not someone sitting at a desk sending you a parade of reminders that your service is at risk for non-payment.

While it might not stop the automatic reminder messages, you can certainly report your frustration to Instant Ink Support.
