- Has anybody managed to solve ‘Cartridge Problem’?

Hi
Hoping that someone can help. We have had the message ‘Cartridge Problem’ for many weeks now. We have done everything that we can think of ... have removed the offending cartridge, then reinstalled it. No change. Then we replaced it with a new one. Still no joy.
I then saw a suggestion about removing the cable from the back of the printer and pulling the plug out from the wall. We did this and waited the suggested number of minutes. Nothing happened. Message still there.
Does anyone have any further suggestions?
We would be most grateful.

Has anyone resolved ‘Cartridge Problem’ yet?
Hi
Hoping that someone can help. We have had the message ‘Cartridge Problem’ from the first installation of this printer. We have done everything that we can think of ... have removed the cartridges (black&white & coloured), then reinstalled it. No joy.
Nothing happened. Message still there.
Does anyone have any further suggestions?
We would be most grateful.

If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
