Has anyone printed privately with the hassle of monthly printing fees?

I spent money paying for a printer that I now have to pay a monthly fee to print which I hardly print if I knew would’ve just saved my money and went to the library or brought another brand to print freely without it getting suspended for hardly using the printer and taking monthly fees
