I’ve been trying to enroll in instant Inc., and every time I go through all of the prompts, it will just take me back to the home screen of the HP app. It won’t let me connect to my printer and plan to the whatever. I’ve done it millions of times. Done a bunch of troubleshooting. Talk to many different support agents. Still haven’t gotten anywhere.

I understand you are facing an issue enrolling in HP instant ink. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

I just wanted to know if you are using a phone or PC.

 

I am sure you have been using an APP.

 

I request you to go to this link and try enrolling for Instant ink
