Ho un abbonamento instant ink. Il mio account è [Personal Information Removed]. La cartuccia del nero è esaurita ma, dato che questa erroneamente non viene riconosciuta come originale instant ink, il sistema non legge lo stato della cartuccia e non genera l'invio automatico della nuova cartuccia. La stampante ha ormai diversi anni ma non l'ho ancora sostituita perché, nonostante obsoleta, va ancora bene. Se però non viene risolto con urgenza il mio problema mi vedrò costretto ad acquistarne una nuova e, considerato il livello di assistenza in caso di problemi alle cartucce visto che ne ho già avuto uno simile qualche anno fa ed è stato risolto dopo diversi mesi durante i quali non ho potuto utilizzare la stampante, mi orienterò su una marca più affidabile.

I have an instant ink subscription. My account is [personal info removed]. The black cartridge is out of stock but, since this is mistakenly not recognized as an original instant ink, the system does not read the status of the cartridge and does not automatically send the new cartridge. The printer is now several years old but I haven't replaced it yet because, despite being obsolete, it's still fine. However, if my problem is not resolved urgently I will be forced to buy a new one and, considering the level of assistance in the event of cartridge problems since I already had a similar one a few years ago and it was resolved after several months during the which I have not been able to use the printer, I will choose a more reliable brand.
