I have signed up for the paper supply for my printer and now want to cancel that paper supply. How can I do that?

  • Once logged in, navigate to the section for managing subscriptions. This is often found under "My Account," "Services," or a similar section.

Locate Paper Supply Subscription:

  • Find your paper supply subscription in the list of active services.

Cancel Subscription:

  • Select the option to cancel your paper supply subscription. You may need to follow a series of prompts or provide a reason for cancellation.

Confirm Cancellation:

  • Confirm the cancellation request. You should receive a confirmation message or email indicating that your subscription has been successfully canceled.
