When I change a cartridge I often receive two complete sets of Instant Ink colour cartridges. I have too many magenta & cyan ones, the yellow & black are ok. How can I get a temporary stop put on magenta & cyan only?

Ink cartridges are free, you are not paying for ink cartridges. It's better to have them on stock than not have them or waiting for delivery.

I agree that having cartridges in hand can prevent any hold-ups. The problem I have is over-delivery: two weeks ago I changed 2 cartridges and two full sets were sent, last week I changed 1 cartridge and today I have received another two full sets. I seem to use more yellow than the other colours so now I have a stock of: 2 Black, 4 Yellow,11 Magenta and15 Cyan! The automated Chat doesn't recognise my problem and I haven't managed to contact a human being!
