How can I use a second HP printer without enrolling it in HP instant ink

My printer broke I replaced it with a new printer and enrolled that one and instant ink I fixed the old printer and I would like to still use it how do I use it without enrolling it and paying for instant ink on the second printer do I just install my own ink cartridges from the store

As per my understanding, your old printer which is enrolled in the instant ink program working fine and connected to Instant Ink, correct?

And since you got a new printer, you want to use this printer without enrolling in instant ink correct?

If yes, then you can use this printer with Hp regular cartridges. 

Since this new printer is not enrolled in the instant ink program, you cannot use other printers' instant ink cartridges.
