Hi @TTPro,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To verify if you're enrolled in the Instant Ink program and resolve the issue, follow these steps.

Check Enrollment Status

Log in to HP Instant Ink Account:

  • Go to the HP Instant Ink website.
  • Sign in with your HP account credentials.

Check Subscription Details:

  • Once logged in, go to the "My Account" or "Subscription" section.
  • Here you should see details about your enrollment, including your plan and cartridge status.

Verify Enrollment:

  • Ensure that your printer is listed under your account and that your subscription is active.

Check Printer Enrollment

Check Printer Display:

  • On the printer's control panel or display, navigate to the "Instant Ink" or "Cartridge" section.
  • Look for any messages or prompts regarding enrollment.

Printer Settings:

  • On your computer or mobile device, open the HP Smart app (if installed).
  • Go to "Printer Settings" and look for Instant Ink settings.
  • Verify if the printer is correctly set up with your Instant Ink account.

Re-enroll Printer

Remove and Reinsert Cartridges:

  • Turn off the printer.
  • Remove the cartridges and then reinsert them.
  • Turn the printer back on and check if the issue is resolved.

Re-enroll Printer:

  • Follow the instructions provided in the HP Smart app or on the HP Instant Ink website to re-enroll your printer.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
