To verify if you're enrolled in the Instant Ink program and resolve the issue, follow these steps.
Check Enrollment Status
Log in to HP Instant Ink Account:
- Go to the HP Instant Ink website.
- Sign in with your HP account credentials.
Check Subscription Details:
- Once logged in, go to the "My Account" or "Subscription" section.
- Here you should see details about your enrollment, including your plan and cartridge status.
Verify Enrollment:
- Ensure that your printer is listed under your account and that your subscription is active.
Check Printer Enrollment
Check Printer Display:
- On the printer's control panel or display, navigate to the "Instant Ink" or "Cartridge" section.
- Look for any messages or prompts regarding enrollment.
Printer Settings:
- On your computer or mobile device, open the HP Smart app (if installed).
- Go to "Printer Settings" and look for Instant Ink settings.
- Verify if the printer is correctly set up with your Instant Ink account.
Re-enroll Printer
Remove and Reinsert Cartridges:
- Turn off the printer.
- Remove the cartridges and then reinsert them.
- Turn the printer back on and check if the issue is resolved.
Re-enroll Printer:
- Follow the instructions provided in the HP Smart app or on the HP Instant Ink website to re-enroll your printer.
