I love the concept of Instant Ink, but shipments to Canada take two weeks.  I commonly run out of ink while the shipment is in transit, which can be a real problem because it's typically when I need to print a lot of pages, e.g. when there's a deadline.  What would be really wonderful is if HP just shipped ink to Canadians one or even two weeks sooner!  It seems like such a simple and obvious solution to the problem. Why pay for faster shipping, when the whole system is designed to predict when the customer is going to run out of ink?  Keep the prediction algorithm the same, but trigger the shipment earlier. 

 

The current system I'm sure works wonderful for Americans, who can expect their ink in a few days.  But, it can't be that hard to change the algorithm just slightly to ship to other countries just a little bit sooner. 

 

I suggested this to HP, but  not sure the suggestion got up to where it was considered.  How can we get this message to them?
