How do I add the paper to my Instant Ink subscription I have tried everything still don't see that information were its being added

I understand you're experiencing an issue with adding paper add on service to your instant ink printer.

If you are enrolled in Instant Ink and the Paper Add-on Service is available in your area, the offer appears on your account page.

 

To enroll, Sign into your Instant Ink account and click the Paper Add-on Service offer on your account page.
