I need to cancel my Paper Add on service.  Do I need to cancel the instant ink cartridges as well?

Hi @allencollins ,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you want to cancel your Paper Add-on service for your HP Instant Ink subscription, you typically don't need to cancel the Instant Ink cartridges unless you want to stop receiving ink replacements altogether.

To cancel your Paper Add-on service:

  • Sign in to your HP Instant Ink account: Visit the HP Instant Ink website and sign in using your credentials.
  • Access Account Settings: Once logged in, navigate to your account settings. There should be an option for managing your subscription or services.
  • Cancel Paper Add-on: Look for the option to manage or modify your subscription. Within these settings, you should find the option to cancel the Paper Add-on service.
  • Follow the prompts: HP's website should guide you through the cancellation process. They might ask for confirmation or reasons for cancellation.
  • Confirm Cancellation: After completing the cancellation process, make sure to verify that the Paper Add-on service has been successfully canceled.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
