You can switch to a different monthly plan at any time by following the instructions below, based on the specific service you're using:
Change Plans for HP Instant Ink for Home / Home Office
- Sign into your Instant Ink account.
- Click HP Instant Ink, then Update Plan in the left menu.
- Ensure the correct printer is selected, as different printers may qualify for different plans.
- Choose a new plan from the list presented.
Change Plans for Instant Ink for Business with LaserJet 3000/4000 Printers
- Sign into your Instant Ink for Business account.
- Click HP Instant Ink, then Update Plan in the left menu.
- Select the printer you want to change and choose a new plan from the list.
Change Plans for HP All-In Plan for Print
- Go to the HP Smart website, click Sign In, and enter your account credentials.
- Click HP All-In Print Plan in the left menu, then select a new plan. The new plan will become effective in your next billing cycle.
