Using Avery paper #88395 and an Avery template, I attempted to print name tags. Every single effort resulted in paper jam on my MacBook Pro. Avery says to contact HP or Mac. HP only has a solution for changing paper size, but UTL any solution for changing paper thickness settings. No settings listed when I click "Print" on MacBook Pro.
Anyone?

@paulm5545, Welcome to HP Support Community!
I understand you have issues printing on Avery paper, in order to assist you better, may I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

I found when I placed an Avery name tag sheet in and closed the printer tray, the HP printer window (on the printer itself) asked if I just put in plain paper and gave me a yes/no option. When I pressed "No," it gave me choices of what type of paper I installed. I chose Specialty high gloss paper and everything worked fine.
