I am trying to unroll my HP 9730e printer to HpInstantInk but I can't get the system to accept my French residence as shipping address.  Can anyone help?

Hi @Dwr2wheelssb, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Instant Ink accounts are linked to the country/region of your HP account.

1. To change the country/region for a printer in Instant Ink, add the printer to a different HP account that is in the desired country/region.

2. Cancel the original Instant Ink account to prevent continued billing. Enrolling the printer in a new account does not automatically delete the old account.

3. HP Instant Ink Platinum: The service is only available within the continental United States. If you move out of the service area, your subscription is cancelled and you may be charged an early cancellation fee.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
