HP ENVY 4504 e-All-in-One Printer

My colour ink cartridge is low but not low enough to get my instant ink replacement yet but the yellow has run out, I’ve cleaned the head’s multiple times, I’ve trouble shot for over an hour, can I contact anyone?, no I can’t because apparently my phone number is not a proper phone number. Can I email, no, that doesn’t happen anymore, I’m just going around in circles on the website and all I want is a colour ink cartridge to replace a faulty one. Someone please help me

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with your HP ENVY 4504 E-All-In-One Printer. It seems like you’re having issues with the yellow ink cartridge. You mentioned that the cartridge is not low enough to get an instant ink replacement yet, but it has run out. If you’re unable to print, you may need to replace the yellow ink cartridge.

 

Before replacing the cartridge, you can try the following steps to troubleshoot the issue.

 

  1. Turn on the printer and open the door to access the cartridges.
  2. Wait until the carriage stops moving before you continue.
  3. Remove the cartridge indicated in the error message from its slot, holding it by its side.
  4. CAUTION: Do not touch the copper-colored contacts or the ink nozzles.
  5. Check the cartridge for any damage or leaks.
  6. Reinsert the cartridge into its slot and close the door.
  7. Print a test page to see if the issue has been resolved.

 

If the issue persists, you may need to replace the yellow ink cartridge. You can purchase a new cartridge from an authorized HP dealer or online. If you have an Instant Ink subscription, you can request a new cartridge through the Instant Ink program.

Hi, thanks for replying, my ink cartridge is a tricolour one, I’ve cleaned heads and printed numerous test pages but because the other 2 colours in the cartridge are still full enough I can’t get a new ink sent yet. I have tried to order another on my instant ink account but they won’t send it as I can’t speak to someone to explain. I’m beginning to think I’ll have to run the ink down by printing pages of coloured pictures which will probably end up costing me for extra pages. It’s not right that I cannot email a representative for help.
