A friend of mine owned this printer, HP Envy 5052, and was enrolled in InstantInk. He recently passed away and left his printer to my brother. Now, we are try to enroll in InstantInk for ourselves, but it won’t let us because it is saying that this printer is already enrolled. I called and addressed this issue with a customer service rep last week and was told that it was taken care of. The previous owner was wiped clean from the account and it no longer showed erolled in instant ink. Now I’m trying to enroll myself, and in true fashion, it’s telling me that it’s still enrolled under the previous owner and I’m just screwed.
