HP 4155E

I purchased my new HP 4155E from Best Buy on June 10, 2022. I followed instructions & enrolled my printer & downloaded the app on my phones. I am out of ink & expected it would just be mailed to me, but I did not receive it. I just tried logging in again via website & it is now showing I signed up today but I signed up the day I got the printer. Can you please help? I tried calling Best Buy but they are closed & I tried your virtual assistant but that did not work either.
