I understand you are facing an issue with your HP DeskJet Plus 4100 All-in-One series. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

May I know if you are using instant ink?  if Yes 


What is the Instant Ink account number or email address that you use to log in to your account?

 

Also, verify your shipping address, printer serial number, and contact phone number for further assistance.
