Hi @Geminime,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To remove your card from HP Instant Ink, you will need to access your Instant Ink account and make changes to your billing information. Here's a general guide on how to do it:

  • Log into your HP Instant Ink Account: Go to the HP Instant Ink website and log in using your credentials. If you haven't signed up yet, you'll need to create an account.
  • Access Account Settings: After logging in, navigate to your account settings. This is usually found in the upper-right corner of the page, represented by your account name or email. Click on it to access your account details.
  • Navigate to Billing Information: Look for a section related to billing, payment, or account details. The wording may vary, but you're essentially looking for an option to manage your payment methods.
  • Remove Card: In the payment methods section, you should see the credit card associated with your account. There should be an option to remove or delete the card. Click on this option.
  • Confirm Removal: You might be asked to confirm the removal of the card. This is usually a security measure to prevent accidental removal. Follow the prompts to confirm your action.
  • Save Changes: After confirming, make sure to save your changes. There might be a "Save" or "Update" button at the bottom of the page. Click on it to ensure that your changes are applied.
  • Verify Changes: Once you've completed the removal process, double-check your account information to confirm that the card has been successfully removed. Ensure that you have an alternative payment method set up if you still intend to use HP Instant Ink services.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
