I want to remove a printer from my personal Instant Ink account to a business account.  How do I do that.  I am using an officejet 6978 all-in-one

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that you want to remove the printer from one instant ink account and move it to another account.

I am glad to assist you.

 

You will have to cancel your current instant ink account and create a new account again.

Follow the steps mentioned in this HP document to cancel the account:- Click here

I don't want to cancel my personal account that has two of my printers on it.  I just want to remove the other work printer from my account and create an account just for it.  If I cancel my current account I lose all my history.
