Hi, I was getting error of 'black cartridge problem'. I got it refilled recently with a black ink since then i am getting the attached error of 'black cartridges problem' Also, the INK estimate level is not getting refreshed Please advise.

Hi,

A cartridge problem indicates a failure of the ink cartridge, it has nothing much to do with the ink level.

 

You would need to replace the ink cartridge, filling ink won't solve any electrical failure of the cartridge.

But it was written "there is no any ink", but i refill. Machine can not recognize it is full

Where did you see the ink level empty? on the printer or on the computer?

 

If you see a Cartridge Problem error on the printer, that means the cartridge has a fault and have nothing to do with the ink level as indicated in below support document:

Regardless of what was written before, you now describe a different behavior, if this been caused due to the refill process or from any other cause, that we cannot know for sure.
