Hi @SFCG-Kimberly,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand your HP printer is already set up and visible on your dashboard, but you are unable to enrol it in HP Instant Ink. Here is a step-by-step guide to help you:

Sign in to the Dashboard

  • Open a web browser and go to the HP Instant Ink website. Click on "Sign In" and log in to your account using your credentials.

Check Printer Connection

  • Ensure your printer is powered on and connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer or mobile device.

Download the HP Smart app

  • If you have not done so already, download the HP Smart app on your mobile device or computer. The app is available on both iOS and Android platforms, as well as for Windows and Mac computers. HP Smart.

Add Your Printer to HP Smart

  • Open the HP Smart app and click "Add Printer". Follow the on-screen instructions to find and add your printer. If your printer does not automatically appear, you might need to enter your printer's IP address or use the QR code setup feature.

Connect to Instant Ink

  • In the HP Smart app, locate the option to "Connect this Printer to Instant Ink" and follow the on-screen prompts. You may be required to enter a Printer PIN, which can usually be found inside the cartridge access door on your printer.

Complete Enrollment

  • Follow the additional steps to confirm the connection, agree to the Automatic Renewal Notice, and finalise your enrollment. This will complete the process, and your printer should now be enrolled in HP Instant Ink.

Troubleshooting

  • If you're still experiencing issues, ensure there are no error messages displayed on the printer or within the app. If there are, follow the on-screen guidelines to resolve them. If necessary, contact HP Instant Ink support for additional assistance.

I hope this will help.

Take care and have a good day.
