How do i manually order from instant ink

Hello, Am trying to get instant ink cartridges but how do i manually order them as a first time. The status in the instant ink page trying to connect to printer but it never connects. And my printer says cartridge error. Am trying to order new cartridge and try with my deskjet 2725  printer.

please help how i can order cartridge manually for the first time so then hopefully my printer orders from next time. Thank you!
