I really think it’s crazy that this company doesn’t give you the ability to leave reviews for the customer service agents. When I was in high school, I worked as a csp so I know a bit about how call centers work and I know how to talk to people. Also, that if you hang up on customers it was an automatic strike and after so many you were fired. I got on chat TWO times trying to get my instant ink restarted and it wouldn’t take my payment method. The first agent, told me three times to do the same thing I was doing. Then when I was following their instructions they disconnected the chat. (Even after me telling them to give me just a moment.) So I let it go and get back on chat to try and do the same thing only this time making sure I told them when it was going to take more than 10 seconds, because I didn’t want to get disconnected. I sent my message explaining what was going on and waited. Got a message saying this one was going to disconnect the chat. I quickly replied and asked if she got my message. She did. I felt like I had to write something at all times just to make sure she didn’t end my chat. Then, all was going decent, until I needed to add another payment method I told her to give me just a few minutes so I could get my card and enter in all of the info. She said, “okay take your time.” a minute or so later she disconnected the chat. I don’t know if I just got two bad agents or what. But they didn’t help me at all. I think they definitely need options for customers to leave reviews because it’s making the agents not care how they treat customers or if they help them or not. This is ridiculous. I guess I just won’t use instant ink anymore.

I had the exact same situation! I was trying to reenroll into Instant Ink, and the agent Jen asked me for personal information, like my name, address, last digits of my credit card. I had to check to make sure that I was providing the right information for the credit card, and obviously I don't hold my credit card right next to me, cause I didn't think that I would have to provide that information, since their disclaimer said not to include an credit card information, so I didn't think that I would need to verify that. So, I took like a minute to find that, went back to add that to my already typed information, and sent that. She had already disconnected me from the chat. Very displeased by that experience, because it would make sense that the information that you are asking will take a bit to type out. Instead of asking if I was still on the line, she disconnected me. I thought it was extremely rude and unprofessional.
