I am trying to get my ink through your subscription service - the App is asking for a claim code and to print a form out - i have no Ink, it is then asking me to press a eprint icon - which isnt showing on my device - your guidance is poor, your virtual agent is extremely frustrating - can and should it really be this difficult??
Please can you advise - to be clear i have no ink and i also do not have a eprint icon.
All i want is to get ink 😞

@MarcHudson, Welcome to HP Support Community!
You can only produce the claim code by printing the page. If only one cartridge is empty, remove it and try to print the page with the remaining cartridge. If both ink cartridges are empty, I'd recommend you purchase one set before you set up the Instant Ink subscription for your printer.
