My new printer came with ink. I have printed out 150 pages and it has run out. I bought it to print out documents for a meeting this Friday (16th). My account tells me that the replacement ink will be within 10 working days!
How do I get a cartridge to arrive by Friday morning latest?
Is there always this length of time between replacements? (Hope not otherwise this is a TERRIBLE service).
Can someone offer rays of hope here? The printer is great and so easy to use - but this is really bad news if you need to print every day.

Thanks for your reply - that was helpful. What is SO amazing, however, is that I got replacements in the post TODAY! This is great service - and saves my meeting tomorrow.
