HP ENVY 5032 All-in-One Printer

I am trying to unsubscribe from my Instant Ink account but my printer is not working and therefore not connected to my lap top, is there any other way of doing this.  I have tried all avenues with the Virtual Assistant but it keeps taking me back to the page to unsubscribe but obviously cannot connect to the printer.
